It adapts to produce bottles for 5ml~500ml, Suitable for most thermoplastic resins such as PE, PP, PS, PC and so on. The machine produces maximal 40,000 piece bottles one day.
Our company develops up to the minute EIB28 Injection(Extrude) Blow Molding Machines, It adopts technique of screw extrusive for injection, Plastic injects mould uses the thrust of screw revolving come into being, EIB28 has used already successfully to produce transparent bottles of polypropylene material.
The special features
1. Adopt screw added more longer, Plastic melt rather better, Suitable for most thermoplastic resins such as PE, PP, PS,PC and so on.
2. Close mould part adopts single-crossbeam, so it have much bigger space to place moulds and change mould quickly.
3. Adopt safeguard of double lever. Up-down of turning platform and open-close of mould is almost take place at same time. One cycle time of one mold is shorten to about 8 seconds.
4. The machine fits common moulds of 25/30 ton, Cavity number of mould may be added according to bottle shape and customer demand.
